About the Alumni Association
Connecting hearts, preserving legacy, and serving the Ummah — the official alumni network of Jamea Quasemia Kamil Madrasa.
Who We Are
Jamea Quasemia Alumni Association is the official representative body of thousands of former students who graduated from this historic madrasah since its founding in 1976.
We are a global family bonded by the love for the Qur'an, the legacy of our teachers, and the timeless values instilled within the walls of Jameya Qasemia. Our association bridges generations — from the earliest batches of the 1970s to the recently graduated Huffaz and 'Ulama — creating a network of brotherhood, professional collaboration, and service to the community.

A world where every Jameya graduate remains deeply connected to their roots, actively supports the madrasah’s growth, and becomes a beacon of righteousness, leadership, and service in their respective fields.
The Journey of Jameya Quasemia
1976 — The Humble Beginning
Jameya Qasemia was established in Gabtoli, Narsingdi Sadar by Founding Principal Syed Kamal Uddin Jafri and a group of dedicated local philanthropists. Starting with just a handful of students, the madrasah aimed to provide authentic Islamic education alongside modern disciplines.
1980s — Growth & Recognition
Rapid expansion of academic programs, introduction of Kamil (Master’s) level, and recognition by major Islamic educational boards. The first batches of alumni begin to spread across Bangladesh, contributing as Imams, teachers, and community leaders.
1990s — National & International Presence
Graduates start pursuing higher studies in Madinah University, Al-Azhar, and other global institutions. Jameya becomes a renowned center for Hifdh, Qira'at, and Islamic jurisprudence.
2000–2020 — Alumni Awakening
Informal alumni gatherings begin; the idea of an organized association takes shape. Former students reconnect through social media and Eid reunions.
March 27, 2026 — The Historic Reunion & Formal Committee
Over 250 alumni gather for the Eid Reunion. A 21-member Convening Committee is democratically formed, breathing new life into the Alumni Association. This marks the official launch of JKAA with a modern constitution and roadmap.
2026 & Beyond — Golden Jubilee & Global Network
As we celebrate 50 years of Jameya Quasemia, the alumni association is now a registered, structured body aiming to serve thousands of members, support madrasah development, and host the first Grand Global Reunion.
